“A servant leader. A prophetic voice. A bridge between church and community.”
Meet Dr. Arthur Hampton Mitchell

A gifted and anointed communicator, Reverend Dr. Arthur H. Mitchell is called to help people discover their purpose while equipping and empowering them—mind, body, and spirit. As a speaker, coach, and church ministry strategist, Dr. Mitchell specializes in guiding others to pursue their calling with boldness and holistic passion.
Raised in rural Elmore County, Alabama— in a flatrock community of less than 300 residents—he learned early on the value of transformational relationships and community engagement. His upbringing, especially the influence of his mother, instilled in him the importance of servant leadership and the vital connection between the church and the community.
With over two decades of leadership experience across corporate and ministry spaces, Dr. Mitchell answered his call to preach in 2009 and has since devoted his life to advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His journey includes serving faithfully in local churches, developing teams, restructuring ministries, and creating sustainable strategies that bridge traditional values with contemporary ministry culture.
Dr. Mitchell is also a thought leader and theological scholar. His passion for transformation led him to pursue graduate-level studies, including a Doctor of Ministry from Emory University. His research focuses on reimagining masculinity within the context of the Black Church and broader community—reflecting his commitment to both faith and justice.
Outside the pulpit, Dr. Mitchell finds joy in traveling, playing golf, and people-watching—often viewing these experiences as ministry through a different lens. As he often says, “There is an art to traveling.” While he and his wife enjoy visiting destinations like Disney World, they are intentional about exposing their children to the world beyond. “Exposure enhances our education of the world,” he shares.
He is joyfully married to Natasha Camille Mitchell, and together they are the proud parents of Jayden Armondo and Jadah Kai.
